Twin Lakes is a family-run campsite located in the Charente Maritime region of France. Situated north of the beautiful city of Bordeaux, Twin Lakes is close to many nearby French cities, attractions and vineyards. The campsite is open all year round. We live on-site so are on-hand to answer questions and assist with your needs 24 hours a day. We aim to offer you a relaxing stay with great accommodation and superb customer service. We pride ourselves on making sure everyone has a memorable holiday and want to ensure that all your needs are met. If you are a keen fisherman or want to start a new hobby, we have two beautiful lakes for you to relax by, generously stocked with many mature species. We also have two outdoor swimming pools on site, should you wish to put down your rods and get into the water yourself. Swimmings pools open June-September. We live on-site so are on-hand to answer questions and assist with your needs 24 hours a day. The campsite is local to the village of Montendré where you will be able to find the supermarket and other amenities. In the summer they have a weekly night market full of wonderful delicacies for you to try. We are also supprounded by lots of scenic parks and lakes for you to explore. We recommend having a car as many attractions and shops are too far to walk.
