Casa Jazmin

Casa Jazmin is a typical Spanish-style house with access to a beautiful pool. It is situated in Cercado del Regidor, a sought after urbanisation within walking distance of the village of Benahavis, famous for its great restaurants and bars. Wind through a dramatic gorge to reach this pretty historical village. Perfect getaway for a family or up to two couples. The accommodation is built over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a nice comfortable lounge, leading to the rear terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite and a further twin bedroom with family bathroom. Air conditioning is installed in the bedrooms. The house has a fully fitted kitchen with an American-style fridge freezer (ice dispenser), blender, kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven, built-in oven, hob, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, tea cloths. Outside there is a shared front garden with pool, two private terraces (front and back) both with dining tables and chairs and additional occasional seating. The house is equipped with WIFI, internet TV and Bluetooth music player. The accommodation also comes equipped with hairdryer, towel sets and bath mats, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Pool towels and bedding are provided. You will have full access to the entire house and shared pool. I won't be available in person but I am aim to respond to guests needs as fast as possible. Benahavis is a beautiful white village set back a few km from the coast and nestled in the steep sided hills that surround it. Benahavis is most famous for the stunning gorge that you drive through to get to the village and the old center with its narrow streets, square and historic buildings. There is a lot to do within the village itself including some of the best restaurants along the coast and a few quiet bars. The river through the gorge is increasingly popular where guided tours are available or self guided. The urbanisation has its own private carpark which guests will be able to use. Please note there is a short (60m) walk on a level path from the road to the house.
