This historic 19th century house with modern interior (6-10 Guests) is part of the Bruchhausen Castle Estate with a view on the Castle and the park. The house is very bright, has a private garden and terrasse as well as outside parkingspace for two cars. From the house you can see on top of the mountaine the 4 massiv rocks "Bruchhauser Steine". It is the ideal venue for a skiholiday and throughout the year for hikers (Bruchhausen is situated on the Rothaarsteig-hiking-trail) bikers and nature enthousiast (the Bruchhauser Steine on top of the hill are an important tourist attraction and the natural and archaelogical highlight of the region. The village has a grocery store, a bakery, an ATM and a few cafe/restaurants. activities in the immediate surrounding: hiking trail in front of the house, Sternrodt (skiing in winter, summer bob sleigh in summer), Bruchhauser Steine, Gutscafe and garden, small museum with carriages and farming equipment from the last centuries (open saturday 15-17h), castle, deltaplan, fishing.
