Beach meets lush hinterland in this large, stylish modern house located in a quiet residential estate in Wollongbar, with rural views. Easy drive to Ballina, Lennox Head & Byron Bay. Spacious 5 bedroom house, master bedroom with ensuite and robe and comfortable king bed. A queen bed is located in bedroom two, while the third has a king single size bed with trundle bed underneath. A new double bed is located in bedroom four. The study/bedroom has a queen bed and an office desk suitable for laptops and a work-space. Enjoy a relaxed holiday with all the mod cons. A sparkling pool located off the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge for relaxed living. Enjoy outdoor living with covered alfresco area with rural views, perfect for a BBQ, relaxing with a coffee and for happy hour. BBQ can be found in the alfresco area. Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, including new Bosch dishwasher and Smeg Gas Cooker. The laundry has washer and dryer. All bedrooms have fans and reverse cycle cooling and heating can be found in common areas. Instantaneous gas hot water. Quality linen is provided, along with beach/pool towels. Please note: pool is not heated, comfortable swimming temperatures are usually October through to March. Carpet is ageing in some rooms. Free wifi and Netflix are for guest use. A welcome pack has been prepared telling you about the house, the North Coast and how to make the most of your stay. A basket of local produce and wine is for your enjoyment. The host can be contacted via email to answer questions you may have. Quiet residential estate with a short walk to local shops (Foodworks, Post Office, Chemist, Indian Restaurant & Tavern ). Neighbouring historic Alstonville is a short drive away or 25 minute hilly walk past farm land. Local Plaza offers speciality shops. Buzzing cafés and a splattering of quaint shops can be found. Tennis courts and ovals are a short walk away, as are children’s parks. This is our family home and we ask you to respect the premises and our quiet neighbourhood please! Public bus service operates regularly within the street to nearby towns. Ballina: 15 minutes (airport) Lennox Head: 20 minutes Byron Bay: 30 minutes Gold Coast 1 hour (airport) A car is the most convenient mode of transport whilst here. Nearby national parks surround the area and have different grade walks. Local beaches are picturesque and most are patrolled during holiday seasons. There are regular markets throughout the local area, with fresh produce and handmade goods.
