Beautiful located with panorama view, from the villa and the big pool. No neighbours close by, so you or the kids can enjoy the place as you please. A great secluded place to enjoy yourself, your family, friends, the nature and silence. Aja di Gratta is lovingly restored from scratch, from an old ramshackle Stone Farm, from the 1800. The villa is build with the best materials, inside and out. Every little detail has been carefully picked out, and the villa is build with the heart and soul for the love to Italy. Even from the beautiful huge pool, you will have a stunning view, and while dazing in the pool, you can enjoy the sunrise or even the sunset. The unique panorama landscape view, changes as the sun changes position in the sky. The villa is suitable for more families, as there is plenty of room in the 350 m2 big 2 level villa. The villa is perfect for a family who would like to spend a vacation together and yet have the possibility to have some time for themselves. The villa can accommodate from 14-18 persons. Aja di Gratta is perfect for a birthday party, a seminar, a place to catch up with long lost friendship or just a vacation for the family - no matter which occasion you might have in mind, Aja di Gratta will be a perfect place to retreat. The villa has 2 levels and on the ground floor you will find a huge kitchen, a livingroom, two bedrooms with double beds, which both have their own bathrooms. On the first floor you find 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living-rooms, both with a double pull-out sleeping couch. Entering on the ground floor you find 2 studios, both with their own bathroom and a bedroom with double beds. In one of the studios, you have a smaller kitchen and the other studio has a living-room with a double pull-out sleeping couch. In both studios, there is space for an extra bed, if needed. We also have children beds and highchairs, free of charge under your stay. The villa is situated in beautiful nature surroundings - the villa has a tv, and free Wi-fi. You will find plenty of space to park your car, right in front of the villa. As the gravel road up to the villa is steep and larger holes can occur in the road, if there has been heavy rain, we recommend that you rent a car with a good height at the bottom of the car. Unfortunately we do not rent to groups of young people under the age of 24 who want to rent the villa for parties.
