Vine views - suntrap terrace & view

I fell in love with the terrace and bought the house that goes with it! On the first floor there are two large bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, the other with great views and access to the "blue bathroom". The living / kitchen / dining is on the top floor and leads to the terrace. The garage is not for use by guests except to access the garden and plunge pool which is open from Jun-Sep (2.4m diameter pool). Both bedrooms have large double beds, one can be made up as 2 singles (90w). The terrace and view. A beautifully sunny private spot on top of the world - you can see two chateaux and a church! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open plan living / kitchen / dining and terrace. The pool terrace is accessed via the garage. Not at all! They have the house to themselves. I pop in and say hi if guests want, otherwise I leave them to get on with their relaxing. Pouzolles is a great village with a decent restaurant / bar, a bakery, a small grocers, a pizza van on Tuesdays, the tabac that serves coffee, the oyster van on Thursday and Saturday and a great market on Friday mornings... heaps going on for such a small village. And it is just 5 minutes from Magalas or Roujan, both with more restaurants and supermarkets. Car is necessary. There is great walking and cycling all around but public transport is not great.
