Wide room for 5 people with internal bath in a private house located in a quite area. Direct access to the big garden, private external area with table and chairs. Kitchen and living room available to all guests (in common). There are also two porches where you can eat or just relax. Uncovered parking inside the property with recharge station for electric cars. Ideal for kite/windsurf/mountain lovers. IG bnblacasadeigatti_lc The room is on the ground floor, it's luminous thanks to the two windows, and has direct access to the back garden. It is composed of 4 areas: main room with double bed, an annexed area with a single bed and a wardrobe, mezzanine with another double bed, and bathroom with shower. Guests can use the equipped large kitchen and the living room. There are also two beautiful porches where you can have breakfast or relax at the end of the day, and of course the wide garden I live in the house. During the week I work, but I'm always available in case of need. I speak Italian, English and French. Four lovely cats live with me, spending their days mainly outside. They are well-educated and discreet, so they will not bother you, but you may meet them during your stay in the house. Valmadrera is in an ideal location to reach the best places of Lake Como, to reach mountaines for a walk or to visit cities like Milan, Bergamo or Como (approx 1 hour distance). The house is in a residential area, but there are minimarkets and bar nearby. The wide gardens separate the house from the street, making it a quite place. If you have a car, you can move easily around. There's also a parking inside the property. If you don't have a car, the main airports are at approx 1 hour from Lecco. From there, you can easily reach Valmadrera by bus in 1o minutes. The bus stop is at 500mt from the house. Always by bus you can reach Como, while you can take a train from Lecco to go to Milan, Bergamo or Sondrio. To visit the lake you can take the train (direction from Lecco to Sondrio) or the boat (public boat stops directly in Valmadrera, but with limited rides, so check the timetable in advance!).
