Apartment in centre of Rotterdam

This bright comfortable one bedroom apartment with a architectural thouch has a true cosy feeling! It comfortably fits two and is centrally located on a quiet street, near everything you need! Shops, musea, transport, dining, bars and supermarket! Take a look at the floorplan to save money. This 60m² apartment is uniquely located around the corner of Rotterdam's famous cultural street 'Witte de Withstraat' with restaurants, arts and little shops. It's a 5 min. walk to the shopping center, the musea, the park and a 5 min. walk to the river Maas. There is a small supermarket around the corner. The apartment is nicely renewed in 2021. There is a balcony on the street side and one on the back side. The apartment is nicely furnished and has a warm cosy appeal. Wifi available (the most comprehensive internet package). max 2 persons. Non smoking Checking in and out can be flexible, it depends on if there are new guests arriving or leaving that same day. Most of the time I send a text message after the first day in the apartment. Just to be sure everything works out for the guest and to be sure they have my number in their phone, just in case.. They can always contact me by phone or email if they have questions. The apartment is in a quiet side street of the Witte de With. So you are near the restaurants, bars and pubs but you don't have the noise! Public transport is a 3 min walk. Both undergrounds are nearby. You need an OV-Chipcard when travelling in Rotterdam. For information about the OV-Chipcard: check internet. In principle guests only have to bring their clothes and toilet bag. Most basics are in the appartment like towels, bed linnen, toiletpaper, but also herbs, sugar, tees and coffee. You can buy bread and drinks around the corner at the supermarket, just 30 seconds from the appartment! Parking There is a parkinggarage around the corner. Costs for short parking are € 2,00 per 45 min. or a part of this. Long parking € 24,00 per 24 hours (dayticket). Ask me for possibilities for parking. Rotterdam has a new parking system for visitors since July 2014.
