La Meria di Maria - Villa on the Beach

This is the house where my four children grew up and where we've been spending beautiful summer holidays! It is really fully equipped: in the bright modern kitchen dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery for kids; free internet; air conditioning and heaters; a double flat TV. It has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed on the ground floor; and two other double beds upstairs in an open space. The house is located 20 meters from the beach in the district of "Shanghai", which takes its name from an ancient village of fishermen and it is the most quiet and private area of the village. Here you can enjoy your holiday in total relax, surrounded by the nature, so close to the sea. A pleasant walk on the beach will allow you to quickly reach Principina a Mare and a little further, the river Ombrone in the heart of the Park of Maremma. A bike path that runs through the beautiful pine forest will immerse you in the local flora mediterranea until Principina a Mare, an ideal place for jogging using public sports equipment along the way. We are just a few kilometers away from the beautiful towns of Castiglione, Punta Ala, the Parco della Maremma, Monte Argentario, Isola del Giglio, Pitigliano and Saturnia thermal baths. The pine forest allows cycling and horse-riding. Siena, Florence, Pisa and Rome can be reached in a maximum of two hours. Marina di Grosseto is also well connected by public transport. You can easily park your car in front of the house or, if you prefer, in the garden.
