The apartment comprises a hallway with telephone entry system, bedroom with comfy kingsize bed and plenty of storage, a modern bathroom with basin, toilet and bath with shower, and an open plan living space with modern kitchen. The apartment has a smart TV in the lounge, good wifi throughout and a Sonos speaker which you are welcome to use. The well equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer and all the cooking utensils and accessories you might need. There is also a washer/dryer. A good supply of teas, coffees and cooking spices are available to use if you decide to cook but you are only a few steps away from a range of restaurants including Wagamamas, Seco Lounge, Wildwood, The Club House, Le Vignoble, Bistrot Pierre, The Hutong Cafe and Prezzo. Considered to be one of the most important groups of historic military buildings in Britain, it is also the largest collection of Grade 1 listed military buildings in Europe. Inside, these buildings have been lovingly restored and this apartment is full of features that hint at its history, married with a contemporary feel of comfort and luxury. Royal William Yard plays host to an excellent collection of places to eat and drink and provides a range of ferry routes to the Barbican and across to Cornwall. There is a bus stop at the entrance to Royal William Yard with buses servicing Plymouth and onward to the rest of Devon/Cornwall. During the spring and summer ferries leave from Royal William Yard for the Barbican (Plymouth) and across to Cawsand bay in Cornwall (see Guidebook). The Cremyll foot ferry, which is a lovely 5 minute trip across to Mount Edgcumbe in Cornwall, is only a 10 minute flat walk from the flat.
