This new contemporary modern self-contained unit is set in a leafy and peaceful location. It is handy to Chatswood, Lane Cove and Artarmon. This is a newly built apartment that is situated under the main house. The accommodation feels very contemporary with some interesting spaces. The flat is surprisingly spacious. Guests have access to the garden area down the side of the house. If the herbs are growing well you are welcome to help yourself! The apartment is completely self-contained. We love to share our knowledge of the area. We live in a tranquil leafy location despite being close to the bustle of Chatswood. There is a lovely village feeling in nearby Lane Cove and a useful parade of local shops can be found in Artarmon. The Royal North Shore and North Shore Private Hospitals are a 10 minute bus ride away. Macquarie University is a three stop train ride from Chatswood. Lane Cove River and Lane Cove National Park are prominent natural environments near us. We have good public transport access: Bus stops to the city are a 2 minute walk away on Pacific Highway or Mowbray road. Train stations are located at Artarmon, a 900 meter walk and Chatswood railway station is a flatish 1.3kms away. For arrival by car there is quick easy access via the M2/M7 or Pacific Highway. We are avid walkers so please contact us for walking routes. Guest access is via the side of the house. The stepping stones are not recommended for people with mobility issues.
