Crow's Nest is a central village, detached first floor apartment. A moments walk from a huge array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, wine bars and convenience shops, bakeries, bespoke gift shops etc.. A short stroll to the beach, stunning nature reserve and a short drive to the open New Forest and great boat trips to the Isle of Wight. With so much to see and experience nearby, Milford is a truly idyllic location. Two good sized bedrooms, with King size bed in one, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and plenty of space for cot if required. This room offers beautiful traditional views of the high street. The second bedroom is a twin room, with two single beds, chest of drawers and feature victorian fireplace. Hairdryer is supplied. We are very child friendly offering high chair, travel cot and stair gate if required. Selection of toys and books, smart tv with Netflix and bath with bath mat and a low level shower head rinser - ideal for small children after a busy day at the beach! Lounge, offers stunning views out of the large curved window, south/west facing, you can see some glorious sunsets from this aspect. Cosy woodburner, with logs provided in the colder months. Kitchen/diner is spacious and fully equipped with electric range cooker, fridge (with freezer shelf), washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cafeteria and Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. Dining table with 4 chairs and table can be extended to offer more space. The modern bathroom has a full sized bath and electric shower. Crow's Nest was refurbished in 2018, with new carpets, furniture, electrical appliances and heating system. We offer everything you would expect to make your holiday home an experience to remember, with all the comforts to make it a home from home. Parking - drop off/pick up is permitted outside the front door on double width pavement, but is restricted by double yellow lines. Plenty of free parking is available close by on all the local streets. We also provide a parking permit which can be used in local village car park, local beach car parks and also all council car parks in The New Forest area. Guidance on where to park is outlined in your welcome pack. Entire apartment Owner lives nearby and is contactable for any questions or issues. Guest may arrive and depart in their own time and keys maybe collected from a key box at the property. Milford on Sea has become one of the most popular and sought after villages in The New Forest area. A thriving community with many restaurants (Italian, Greek, Fish, Tapas, Thai, Indian....), pubs, cafes, wine bars, village shops and amenities. Just a short walk from the village is the beach/ seafront and cafe with children's play park. Other longer walks can be made to Keyhaven, the nature reserve at Sturt's Pond, Hurst Spit - to the historic Hurst Castle and the inlets around Keyhaven which are perfect for a spot of crabbing or various waters ports such as paddle boarding. A short drive to the popular yachting town of Lymington and the open forest of The New Forest National Park with miles and miles of uninterrupted open forest, perfect for bike riding, walking and traditional forest pubs. Buses run to Milford on Sea, nearest train stations are Lymington, New Milton or Brockenhurst. Airports/flights from and to Bournemouth and Southampton.
