Réf : Le zébré *Let yourself be tempted by this comfortable 2-bedroom apartment where you will have the luxury of having your breakfast (and your cocktails) on your very own huuuge terrace, facing the sea and the Lérins Islands (you'll thank us later!)* **As far as the apartment layout, things are looking pretty good:** - A large living room with a lounge area (with sofa, armchairs, large flat-screen TV) and a dining area with a dining table for 6 people. - A first bedroom with a queen size bed (and as a bonus, a view of the sea right from bed!), a walk-in closet, a chest and a wall flat-screen TV. - A second bedroom with a double bed and a wall flat-screen TV as well. - A large full bathroom with double sink (no more wait your turn to brush your teeth in the morning) a large mirror, a tub with shower head and toilets. - A separate well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook like a Chef, including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), all necessary appliances plus a kettle and a toaster (Chef always start with boiling water and toasting bread). - The icing on the cake, a.k.a. The Terrace, with a spectacular view of the sea, and so spacious that it has 3 different areas, including one for relaxing/lounging and two separate dining tables for AL-fresco meals or cocktails. - Separate toilets, but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either). - A spacious entrance with storage space for empty luggage and other travel or beach gear. **SPECIAL FEATURES:** - Very spacious apartment and beautiful natural light! - 100m² terrace with a magnificent view of the Lérins Islands (so close you would want to swim there… But please, don't try!) - Residential property with swimming pool and direct access to the path to the beach. - Air conditioning in the bedrooms. - Wifi connection, because all you need is love and wifi - Ideal location: 2-minute walk to the Mourré Rouge beaches and 5 minutes to the beaches of the famous Croisette, yet situated in the heart of the Palm Beach district and all its local shops and boutiques. - Gated property with security system. - Very quiet and quaint residential part of town. **AND AS A BONUS** - All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.** - A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not). - A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...). **IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.** **LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION:** After just a short steps in your street, the Rue James Grant Milne, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within just a couple of minutes (unless you decide to walk on your hands): - Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to go skinny dipping or find a spot at an outdoor cafe to enjoy a cocktail. - Go try a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean's. - Convince the whole family or friends to go for a pétanque game at the Place de l’Ètang. And within less than ten minutes by car, you can: - Take a stroll on the famous Croisette, on the city center side, and either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote controlled boats. - Take selfies like a movie star on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (don't worry, everyone does that) or just go to work if you are here for a trade show or convention. - Board a train for an unknown destination, or just to take a beautiful train ride along the coast. - Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets. **And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!** Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. INFOS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT!!** Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.) IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix). And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
