Original 1906 NZ Farm house - 7 kms (5 minutes) from Nelson Central. A quiet, peaceful spot with native bird life, an area with a BBQ including a smoker and charcoal webber, and two separate deck areas to eat and relax on. ALL DAY Sun with views over the bay - includes dining room, lounge, music room (with permission), large garden, 2 minutes to a children's playground ... two friendly delightful, border collies - Billie and Plum ready to chase a ball if you care to throw it!! There are 5 bedrooms upstairs plus one of the bathrooms ... 3 bedrooms are for your use ... all have a different view of the valley. The remaining rooms are a sewing/ quilting room, and lastly our private room. Downstairs includes the kitchen, dining room & lounge (all large), as well as a music room which is available should you be proficient musically. Off the kitchen is the second bathroom which has a shower for your use. There is a morning courtyard and deck, as well an afternoon and evening deck with tables n seating available. This place is AMAZING all year round for its sunsets! We .Jillian and Kevin will interact as needed...asking and talking always win! Close to Nelson ... about 7 minutes although the speed rules change into Nelson town on the 12th (Website hidden by Airbnb) a lot slower. by arrangement......happy to drop off or pick up.....if possible. We look down on a great park -swings slides 2 minutes walk.
