For a weekend, a short stay or for a beautiful holiday, we offer you in the old house of the keeper a cottage any comfort recently renovated. Inside, the "Gîte du moulin" includes a lounge / dining room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a sleeping area. It's ideal for 2 adults and comfortable for a small family (maximum 3 people). The cottage is located on the first floor of the "House of the Guardian", at the entrance of the property. For your comfort, this gite / studio of 34 m2 recently renovated, ideal for a couple (+ a child), includes: - a lounge / dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed in 90, flat screen TV, - a sleeping area with 1 double bed, - a bathroom with shower and toilet, - a garden area open to the park and the swimming pool (to be shared). Equipment : - Fridge with freezer - Oven and gas hob - Microwave - Dishwasher - Coffee maker and toaster - TV - Hair dryer Sleeping arrangements: - A bed of 140 cm - A bed of 90 cm Bed linen provided and beds made for your arrival. Outside: - Garden furniture / parasol - Swimming pool (shared) of 10 x 5,5 meters, with chlorine (not aggressive), with Jacuzzi and deckchairs - Summer kitchen in the pool-house with barbecue. - Hammock and swing. - Outdoor games, badminton, boules available. The entrances to the Gîte and the Moulin are shared with an automatic gate. You will be able to benefit from the pool of the domain (to be shared), the pool-house and a lot of relaxation areas or, according to your desires, to discover the many riches of our department of the Lot, but also those of the Dordogne and Corrèze very close. We are at your disposal to make you discover our beautiful region and all the sites to visit. Not to mention the good addresses to discover the local gastronomy.
