Large upstairs 3br Apt. 1.5 hours from Minneapolis

This large apartment will comfortably sleep between six and eight, including 3 bedrooms and a sofa sleeper. It was recently painted throughout and renovated with new laminate floors. It has electric baseboard heat, and window air conditioners. The downside is that it's up a flight of stairs (with handrails), and there's only one bathroom. It's within a block of some nice restaurants and our city park. New fridge, washer, stove, and dryer. Overnight parking is allowed in City Lot behind building. The apartment is above businesses that include a coffee roasting company, nutritional shake club (Hashtag Goals), yoga studio, and massage clinic. An awesome coffee shop is two doors north (Mimi's). Food co-op open to all is across the street. You'll have the whole apartment. Parking overnight on the street is NOT allowed, but there's a lighted City Lot behind and just north of the building. This lot is right in front of the Fire Station and is a 30 second walk to the back entrance of the apartment. We are reachable by phone, and live 15 minutes away. This is an upstairs, downtown apartment. It's actually very quiet and comfortable, and within walking distance to several good restaurants, the movie theater, post office, a museum, and our Central Park. You can park on the main street in front of the building during the day, but at night you must move your car to the city lot that's behind it and a little to the north, to avoid a ticket. There's a back door entrance just a few steps from this parking lot. Litchfield is a small town on Highway 12 in South Central MN. We're 1.5 hours from Minneapolis, under an hour from St. Cloud, and approximately 30 minutes from Hutchinson and Willmar.
