You will enjoy the beauty of the place and the architecture. Indeed, we have renovated this authentic house with care. This country house is in a lovely village close to Hautefort and its Castle. You will live at the top of a hill where the landscape is breathtaking. This Country house can host to 4 people. In a unique and dominant position with exceptional views this stone farmhouse has been restored with taste and retains authentic elements. You will enjoy a unique ground floor. Indeed, we kept the former beams and the walls have been restored to their original stonework style, very typical of the region to preserve the authenticity of the architecture. The wooden roofing is visible on the first floor in each bedrooms. The natural materials make the rooms really cozy and comfortable. Both bedrooms comprise a functional bathroom. The view from the terrace and the living room is sublime. Indeed the property is located in an undulating landscape with many fields and forests. You will be totally immersed in the nature. You will also love resting at the oudoor pool all day long. The pool is shared with both Country Houses. Through its ideal location at a south facing slope, the pool beneficiates of the sunlight all day long. Thanks to its high position, the pool dominates the surrounding hilly countryside and gives an exceptional view. We have also designed a cozy room where you will be able to relax in the luxurious jacuzzi and Sauna. You will also beneficiate of a large range of sport material. This very pleasant room enjoys an exceptional luminosity allowed thanks to its bay windows. This is the ideal place to find serenity and calm. We provide on the property: a tree house for kids, a trampoline, a ping pong table, Pétanque Balls We will suggest you some good places to go such as restaurants, activities, places to visit ... You will beneficiate of a great location in the heart of the Region of « Perigord » from which you will be ale to visit all the best places such as : The charming town Sarlat, The prehistoric caves of Lascaux and Rocamadour... and so many more The houses are in a lovely village close to Hautefort and its Castle where you will find many - SHOPS : supermarket, traditional butcher, baker, farmers markets, flee-markets, antique stores - Many RESTAURANTS and BARS which offer the traditional and local gastronomy. There are more than 10 restaurants at Hautefort. - ... and ACTIVITIES : horseback riding, long walks, fishing, adventure park in the forest, canoé ... By car If you are more than 4 people you can also rent our other farmhouse at the same place. Both can host up to 9 people easily.
