Two minutes walk from a Territet train station (walking up the hill), 1,7 km from the centre of Montreux, a famous spot on Geneva Lake, Swiss Riviera, in a quiet, sunny, raised, facing south position. The apartment is appointed with a big terrace, and an outdoor furniture for 4 persons to enjoy stunning a spectacular view over Geneva lake and the mountains. In the building: lift (to get up one level from parking), central heating system, washing machine in the apartment. Please be aware that parking space can accommodate a maximum size of a car: length 4680 mm, width 1882mm and height of 1623mm (middle size of SUV vehicle). You will also find tea bags, coffee, salt, paper and other spices for cooking. The second bedroom is small, with a new sofa bed, size 160x200 cm. Other facilities: big flat screen TV, iron with board, washing machine in the apartment, barbecue grill on the terrace.
