Self contained granny flat in a tropical oasis

Fully self contained granny flat under our troppo home. Lush tropical garden and beautiful plunge pool to cool off while looking at the Banyan tree. 5 minutes to airport and 15 minutes to the city in taxi/uber. Supermarket 2 minutes away Beach 7 minutes away Lots of restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute radius. We are a laid back couple, Sarah and Matt.. with our son (born sept 2021), Bodhi, and our 3 year old doggy, Kyla. The granny flat has a very large bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge. wi fi is available and there is a small TV. off street free parking available. you have a private gate entrance and your own private unit note granny flat is directly beneath our kitchen/living so there can be noise from our footsteps etc when we are home. and we now have a son too. there are many backyard games you can play including bocce, tote pole tennis, lawn bowling and coin toss. if you enjoy board games let us know and we can share ours as we have a bookcase full! your own granny flat under cover area downstairs the backyard and the pool the main house and deck upstairs are off limits as this is where we live call out, text or ring anytime :) we are only happy to help taxi uber bus Kyla, our doggy, is a bit timid at first so we would prefer to be home to welcome you and introduce you to her. once she gets to know you she will want to follow you around
