But there is a grill and an open kitchen with complete cookware and utensils for family and friendly cooking. You are welcome to bring your own food items and equipment. You must simply advise the Caretaker of the items you bring in. Towels, soap, shampoos, and toothpaste will be provided free of charge. The Caretaker is available to assist in orienting with the house, operating the appliances and making available the utensils needed. Should you need a helper to help market, cook and clean, there is a separate charge for that. Starbucks is just beside the GuestHouse, for nice coffee or breakfast with a view. Only 5-10 minutes away from the property by car/tricycle are the Tagaytay Sky Eye (country's largest ferris wheel), zipline and horseback riding at Picnic Grove, boat ride through Taal Lake nearby. In other areas are Paradizoo and many restaurants and shops are uniquely Tagaytay. Local Public Utility Vehicles (PUVs) are jeeps and tricycles. Most guests use private vehicles. The driveway is inclined about 40 degrees. Vehicles coming in or out must by suitable for such terrain, the driver skilled and not incapacitated by drowsiness or alcohol. Only the Master's bedroom at the ground floor is best for Senior or physically challenged guests, accessible by wheelchair. Please advise the owner of the inclusion of infants 24 months or younger. They are free of charge but you are responsible for their sleeping arrangements, safety and comfort.
