The dining table and the garden dining furniture seat 8 people and there is a large gas Weber BBQ for alfresco dining on the terrace. The Wifi is included and the broadband download speed is 45 Mbps. Underfloor heating throughout the house allows for different temperatures to be set in each room. The huge open-plan living space stretches the width of the house giving spectacular views across the tidal creek. The kitchen has everything you need and more, including a Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge-freezer and a double oven Rangemaster. The entire house is for guests use only. No sharing and all totally private with access to your Private Beach from the bottom of the garden.
