The apartment is welcoming, warm and bright, furnished in a simple but functional way. I dedicate particular attention to cleaning the room and the house as a whole. The bathroom is shared with the family (2 people). The room opens onto a small balcony. Neither breakfast nor any lunches or dinners is included, which must be agreed with the owner and paid for separately. I'm usually at home and available by phone if needed. It is important that guests feel comfortable and I do everything to make their stay pleasant. We are located in a well served residential area in the north of the city. The nearest bus stops about 100 meters away (Line 10) while the subway is one kilometer away. Under the house there is a baker and two bars and nearby, in a radius of 200 meters there are a Conad supermarket, an excellent bar / bakery, a very good ice cream parlor open practically all year round, a cinema theater and a pizzeria take away. In front of the building it is possible to park comfortably. The nearest stop of the new metro is PREALPINO, 15 minutes away on foot. At 3 minutes there is a bus stop (line 10). This line takes you to the historic center. We have been Airbnb hosts for years, in the different homes we have lived in. We are a small family (my 15 year old son and I) extremely quiet and respectful. We love welcoming people into our home and we do everything possible to make guests feel comfortable and safe in a family environment.
