Welcome to The Pineapple. When the madness is over and we start to return to 'normal' life again, just imagine spending much needed quality time with friends and loved one right here. This stunning detached house has 12 bedrooms over 4 storeys. There is a beautiful lounge with bay window onto the wrap around garden. The dining room is spacious with room for everyone to dine or just relax. The kitchen is huge and perfect for a large group. Strictly no parties or gatherings. There are private gardens and off road parking for several vehicles. 3 Bathrooms 1 Utility Room The base price is based on 2 people sharing. There is an additional charge per guest after that. This allows me to keep the house affordable for smaller groups as well as large groups and I can lock bedrooms. At the moment Airbnb only allow you to select up to 16 guests. If your group is more that 16 please send me a message and i will send a special offer. The house will only be set up for the number of guests selected when booking. Guests have access to the entire house. However, if booking for a smaller group I can close off some bedrooms to keep costs down. Beds will only be made up for the number of guests you have requested on your booking I use a key safe for self check in so dont always meet with guests. Hoever, I am available should you have any questions The Pineapple is located 3 miles south if the city centre. There are many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. There is a Sainsburys supermarket just minutes walk away We are located just minutes from Wilmlsow Road, the busiest bus route in Europe with services to the city and Airport running 24/7. We have great links to the M60 and M56. The 'Fallowfield Loop' cycle route is just minutes away and Maudeth Road train station is less than a mile away. Beds will be made up for the number of guests on the booking. This property is in a residential area. Strictly no parties or gatherings.
