A fully equipped, beautiful and lovingly furnished house awaits you in the middle of nature. Renzo's olive garden is on the one hand very easy to reach and on the other hand remote and far away from any hustle and bustle. The highlight is the unforgettable and undisturbed view of Lake Trasimeno. Surrounded by lavender, rosemary, wild thyme and many olive trees it is the best place to relax. The cottage is equipped for a relaxing holiday. From deckchairs to baby bed and ironing board, everything is available. So you can concentrate on the most important thing on holiday, enjoying and relaxing. The lake itself or other famous destinations such as Perugia, Assisi, Cortona or the islands of Lago Trasimeno are within easy reach of our house. Several supermarkets are only a few minutes away (by car about 4 minutes). Unlike other houses on a mountain in the region, a tarred road leads to Renzo's olive garden. Only the last meters have to be driven on a gravel road. Enjoy the peace and unique location of Renzo's olive garden and get to know the sensational central Italian flair in a relaxing way. We are looking forward to you! The house is divided into two areas. One part we have built for our guests and the other we use even when we have no guests. So you are alone in any case and have the whole property for yourself. I give my guests complete freedom. They find an oasis of peace and are, unless otherwise agreed, alone in the house. Nevertheless, I am of course always available for my guests. For questions or tips, I, or my co-host on site, am of course available to my guests even before booking. Renzo's olive garden stands on a beautiful olive grove. Enough space to turn up the music a bit louder and be completely undisturbed. Friends of mine live on the neighbouring property a little above, but basically they don't notice anything from each other. The holiday home is located on a nice open plain a bit away and above the village of Vernazzano. Thereby, the view is undisturbed and the situation is extremely quiet. Only those who drive straight to the house use the road, otherwise there is no traffic that can disturb you. Renzo's olive garden is secluded and yet not off the beaten track. Thus, day trips or spontaneous purchases are easy. Excessive parties are not allowed. The best way to get to us is by car. The property is not limited by an electric fence. So no danger for dogs and other animals.
