Ideally setting in a stone characteristic farmhouse with big equipped pool to shared with the other apartments of the property. This nice quintessential Tuscan flat is located on the first floor with private entrance by external staircase in your exclusive pvt garden (70smq) which is arranged with gazebo, table chairs, sun chairs too. At your disposal also Private PARKING, just next to your Garden, BBQ. The Apartment: - Large and Bright Living Room with Air conditioning - WIFI - Equipped Kitchenette with all you need to prepare and eat your meals (Oven, Dishwasher, Stove, Cutleries and so on... Also WASHING MACHINE and IRON in your apartment). - A Big DOUBLE ROOM where it's also possible to add a single bed (On Request). In this room there is no Air Conditioning but consider that the house has big stone walls and this is maybe the most fresh part of the apartment so don't worry ;) Also we provide a fan for this room and if you'll leave the door of the room open the air conditioner of the living room is able to make also the bedroom fresh! - A Bathroom with Shower - A Mezzanine with a Comfortable Double Sofa Bed with Air conditioning. The property is just 4 km from the characteristic village of Casole d'ELsa where you'll find every kind of shops and restaurants you need. Also supermarkets, banks and petrol stations. POOL OPENING: from 1st May to 30th September (For other months ask us before of a reservation). The price NOT INCLUDE: - Final cleaning fee: 70 Euro (IN TOTAL) payable at the arrival in cash directly. - Tourist city tax: 1,5 Euro per person per night for the first 7 nights of a stay (Children under 12 y.o. free of charges). - Heating (When the season required it) it's not include and it costs 20 Euro per day per apartment when used. Usually April and october it could be required a bit of heating. Guests have free access to the Shared equipped Pool area every time they want! Pool is open from 1st May to 30th September. For the other months ask us. We'll provide you of the remote control of the big electronic gate of the property to enter inside and park your car directly next to your private garden!
