Welcome to a clean, quiet, country home just 15 minutes from Cornell University! You 'll enjoy the view from our back deck and quick access to the many great places to explore in the surrounding areas. Need a space to stay over Commencement Weekend? Also a great option for day trips to the Finger Lakes, downtown Ithaca or Greek Peak Ski Area (just 10 minutes away). We are also situated very close to We will aim to accommodate specific requests, within reason. Parties and events are not allowed. This listing is for our cherished family home. The spacious rear deck, with a wonderful view, is perfect for grilling and dining on warm summer evenings or sipping your morning coffee. 1+ acres includes a large back yard, with a swing set and a soccer goal. You have access to all of our kitchen appliances/utensils, and we have created some space for you in our refrigerator and freezer. There is some closet space provided in each of the bedrooms, except for the master. We will make dressers available for your use upon request. There are window A/C units in each of the bedrooms as well as main living area for the occasional heat waves, as well as a cozy gas fireplace in the living room for cool evenings. All linens and pillows provided are dedicated specifically for our wonderful AirBnB guests. We do not provide guest access to the garage or laundry. You may enjoy our large family room in the lower level for movies nights. Your comfort and safety is our highest priority so we go above and beyond cleaning and preparing our home for your stay. You will have access to the upper/front driveway, main house, basement and back deck/yard during your stay. The upper driveway can fit 4 cars. Our home is located close to Dryden Lake and the beautiful Jim Schug Walking Trail. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We are out in the country, away from the busyness of town, but yet still close enough to everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. You have access to our private front driveway which holds up to 4 cars. Our neighborhood is easy to navigate and we live on the corner of a quiet, dead end road. There is an in-law apartment attached to the left side of the house and the grandparents living there may or may not be home. They will be tending to the back/front gardens as well as our chickens during your stay. There will be several cars in the driveway at any given time, as we own 3 ourselves. No parties, animals, visitors, or smoking of any kind. Please no setting up of tents in the back yard. Please park in the driveway and not along the road. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood and have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. We like our neighbors and ask guests to respect them.
