Art Nouveau Masterpiece, 5 min walk to the Metro

A Masterpiece ot Art Nouveau Architecture , Historical Building in the middle of the Impressionist area, 20min by metro from the centre of Paris . Located 5min walk from the metro station (ReR-A) and then 20min by metro from Paris city centre, a family castel of one of grand french architects: Theophile Bourgeois built by the end of 19century for himself and his 3 daughters in Neo Normand and Art Nouveau Style. We rent the central building of the family castel , of around (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sf), 10 rooms, 3 bathroom The building is equipped with original pieces of furniture and pantings from middle age and neo-gothic period. We request from our guests a special care to this monument and because of this we only accept guests with solide references and especially history and art lovers!!!. .... Depending on the size of your group some parts of the building may be closed: bedroom 2( 2nd floor), bedroom 7 ( ground floor) and bathroom 3 ( ground floor) but not the toilet 3. There is an AC system which is able to reduce by 2 or 3 derees the temperature inside the house, but it is mainly used to preheat the house. The cooling function is very rarelly necessary here. Attention !! : we provide linens washed after each guest ( but not ironed) , many of them are new ( but not all) we DO NOT provide TOWELS so please bring them with you ( if you forget we may have 2-3 sets but not more ) If I will be in Paris region during your rental, I will welcome you myself. Otherwise somebody will welcome you instead of me and support you during your stay. The area is also fantastic : beloved by the impressionists for the beauty and calm of wilde shores of our river, with one of 1st medieval cathedrals, old medieval walls , bridges and buildings and a superb romantic period park. Villa Savoy ( from LeCorbusier) , a Unesco Heritage monument, is located on the top of this park 10min walk from home. On very walkable distance from home ( 5min), on one of the river islands, there is an olympic hot water set of pools ( 3 pools in fact : one inside, one outside and a baby pool) with plenty of activities ( learning, competitions, fests); there is also a skate park (also with activities , a river port ( you can rent boats , jet-skis , have water ski lessons) The city center with shopping, cinemas , restaurants, supermarkets is only 5min walk from here. The house is located 5min walk from the metro/train station within ReR-A ( fast metro) going every 15min directly to EuroDisney and crossing all the center of Paris (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min from home) , on our station there is also a train line J going to Paris-SaintLazare in 20min. It is also located 5min drive from the motorways A14 and A13 getting to Paris in 15min and to the Ocean coast of Normandy in 90min. The only potential drawback is maybe the train line not far from home so if you let the windows open on the back side of the building you could be a bit annoyed by night ( not more than when you are facing a street) . However it happens rarelly and most of the trains ( roling very slowelly there) make no noise and if you let the windows closed on the back side you will heer nothing. A special ecologic venlitation system provides pur and refrashed air to all the rooms and the water is filtered by a very sophisticated pur water system.
