Pool&Vineyards south of Rome

Peacefull location on a hill surrounded by vineyards , nice views: CASALE AMARANTO, stone farm house, is ideal to rest between your visits to Rome, Naples, Pompei or visit medieval villages of neighboring villages and enjoy regional wine & cuisine. Extremely quiet, great views, nice interior decoration, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, swimmingpool. This place is perfect to accomodate big families or group of friends. There are 2 rooms and 1 bathroom in the main house on the 1st floor which have access to a large terrace. There is a second bathroom on the ground floor near the living room. There are 3 rooms accessible only from outside and each with private bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and the living room has 4 sofas. Dishes, glasses, cutlery chosen with care. Candles and lanterns in every corner! Swimmingpool, fruit trees of the property from end of May to October ( cherries, apricots, plums, peaches, figs, pears, apples, grape), foosball, ping pong, baby cot, dishwasher. I live in Rome but I am always available for advice of any kind and of course to solve eventual problems as quickly as possible. Things to see: The Palace of the Popes of Anagni, the medieval villages around (Piglio, Acuto, Paliano, Fumone ..). the spas of Fiuggi, but above all-day visits to Rome, Caserta (Reggia), Naples, Pompeii, Paestum ... In the village of Paliano, at Easter there is a procession in memory of Christ’s passion. Also in Paliano, middle of August there is a parade in medieval and renaissance costumes. In October a wine festival takes place in many villages of the area ( Paliano, Piglio,...) together with the opening of many wine cellars where you can taste local wine and gastronomic products. The whole area is famous for the production of wine from Cesanese grapes. For shopping: the market of Anagni on Wednesday and the Valmontone Outlet with hundreds of shops. For children: Rainbow Magicland attraction park just in front of the outlet in Valmontone. Having a car is essential for shopping, to go to Rome in 40 minutes, visit the villages around. Very easy access to Rome in 40 minutes by the Rome-Naples motorway. The entrance of the motorway to Rome is only 8km away from Casale Amaranto. Small fridge in the kitchen, gas stove, oven, dish washer, toaster and Italian coffee machine. Big fridge, freezer, heater and washing machine in the lumber-room. Fans ( copper colour ) in every room. Hair dryer in every bathroom.
