Own private access and free parking facilities. Self check in/out using key lock box. Can also provide a workspace desk and comfortable chair if required. Can provide an iron and ironing board if requested. Rear patio area with seating to enjoy the sunsets and tranquility in your own private space. Local hot tub hire is available - additional costs. 3 days notice required prior to stay. Will give guests their privacy. I am available for questions via face to face, text, phone or email. Dogs must not be left at the property unattended. NO cats due to allergies. Do not bring anyone into my home who is not part of your booking party without my prior and express permission. This is very important, especially because this is my home which includes all of my possessions. Please remember that this is my primary residence and that you need to respect my neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. No coming and going late at night. All breakages and damage must be paid for. Please be honest if you do accidentally damage something. Everyone has accidents, including me and I will work with you to resolve it, kindly and fairly.
