Very cosy flat, nearby to the metro and tramway station, walk to tha small lake and a cyclopath for in-line or jogging just over the flat. The swimming pool with salted water is nearby. O2Arena is 12 minutes far. Nearby is a winter swimming pool with sauna. Shops are 5 minutes walking far from the flat or by metro 10 minut Centrum Černý most. The Metro Station line B (yellow)- Hloubětín is available by a 10-minute walk or by tram nr. 8+25, which stops about only 2 minutes walk from the house.
