5min walk to the beach!!! Wake up early and watch the sunrise from your room or have a drink on the balcony and watch the sunset. With views from the ocean, taking in the city skyline and out to the blue mountains the apartment is in a great location. Surfing, swimming, whale watching and all things seaside in sight and walking distance. The room is the spare room in my home where I live. The room is furnished and comfortable and has ocean views. Desk, fan clothes rack, clothes hangers, double bed all provided in room. Spacious, colourful and cosy living and dining shared with just myself with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Shared bathroom with shower and bath. Washing machine/dryer in bathroom. Clotheslines downstairs. Only a 5min walk through the park to the beach and coastal tracks eg. Malabar Headland National Park walk. 2 min walk to local recently renovated pub and small shopping centre with everything you need. Bus stop outside to the city. Weekly and monthly discount available. Guests can use all common areas. I live here. This is my home. I enjoy sharing it with people. A dozen other beautiful beaches only a short drive away. Great area. Quiet, friendly, safe and convenient! Local shops (2min walk) Woolworths Metro, Chemist/Post Office, Bakery, Takeaway, Service Station, Doctor, Hairdresser, recently renovated Pub and Bottleshop. Bus stop to and from the city right out front. Bike about if you like hills. 5min walk to beach. 2min walk to shops. No car necessary. Free street parking if you do drive. Expect all gets to be covid safe at all times (in and outside of the house) and to at a minimum wash hands upon entering the house each time you have been out.
