Floor area: 30 qm From all our guests (>16 years) who are not for business in town, we have to pay the tourist tax (2,50 person/night) to the city council. A snug bench in a cosy reading corner invites you to relax with a great book. Take a seat at the massive teak table if you need to work or just enjoy your meal with your partner or family there. Futher you can use the comfortable couch as bed for two – a lovely place to rest. The bedroom is connected with the living room (no door). If you travel with big suitcases – don't worry – there is hidden space in the furniture for your clothes. Of course the modern and functional bathroom is handicapped accessible. On request: laundry service for a fee. Ironing board and iron can be used for free. It's possible to get a microwave if you need one. Highchair, and cots with linen caan also be borrowed without extra costs. If your next destination is "Lake Constance" we would be delighted to welcome you at Königsschlaf. The seven unique holiday homes in the heart of Constance are hosted by the owner who is available for any question. You just need to step out the door and you can dive into the pulsating metropolis. Take a walk to the Lake, explore the vibrant center of the city, shop around the various boutiques and stores. Or visit one of the museums, the theater or the lovely historical cathedral – everything reachable by foot. The main public transportation stations (train, bus stop and taxi stand) are just around the corner, yet Sigismundstreet is calm and stylish. With your guest card you can take the bus for free.
