Apartment with Rhein view

The flat is located in a really quiet, pretty and multicultural area, called Neustadt, which is full of pubs, bars, cafés and restaurants. It is close to the town centre; 15-20 minutes walk on the Rhein Promenade. The International Frankfurt Airport is 25 min drive or 30 minutes ride on a regular train connection. From the main Train station you can either catch the bus for 5 minutes or comfortably walk 20 minutes to the flat. There is a regular bus service into the town centre, the bus stop is 250m from the flat. The flat is 80 sqmt, with 2 balconys: one facing the Rhein and another small one on the internal courtyard of the building. It's on the 5th floor, with a lift. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds. The flat is located in the Neustadt, a multicultural area of the city, quite trendy at the moment and with many young families and students. The Rhein promenade starts right under the apartment. If you are a sporty person, there are a few runs (10 km, 7 km or 6 km) you can start from the flat. Or just enjoy a stroll on the Rhein into town (about 20 minutes). There are also two very nice playgrounds within 300 mt from the flat.
