Waking up lulled by a spectacular sunrise over breathtaking vineyards is possible at Goldenhof Penon! An oasis of warmth and beauty in the midst of unspoiled nature, you will find a small food shop about 100 meters away. Your neighbors are then in the charming village which is about 1 km from here. Perfect for dreamers, as a family or as a couple, who want their ideal vacation to come true! Comfortable and modern, this spacious and bright apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and kitchen, as well as a splendid garden, an incredible balcony and a parking space. Here, you can enjoy a little bit more than anywhere else: a bit more sunshine, a bit more warmth, a bit more ‘dolce vita’: the perfect conditions for a vacation in South Tyrol. The Alto Adige Bassa Atesina, or Südtiroler Unterland, which stretches as far as the Salorno Chiusa, not only acts as a provincial border, but also as a language border to the neighbouring Trentino, a bridge between two different cultures. This is reflected in the buildings and dialects as well as in the culinary specialities of Kurtatsch, Margreid and Kurtinig. The Alto Adige Wine Road, which in part follows the antique Roman road ‘Via Claudia Augusta’, leads you in a leisurely scenic drive to Bolzano/Bozen, from which you can easily reach the Dolomites. The newly built Val d’Adige cycling path, which reaches nearly all the way from Meran to Verona (with a special exit to Lake Garda), makes this region a real cycling paradise. The house is about 400 meters from the Penon bus stop. It connects the town with Tramin and the train station in Auer (only regional trains, no EC or Frecciargento trains), which is located on the Brenner train line (Munich - Innsbruck - Bolzano - Verona - Venice/Bologna). The house is located in the Penon district, only 1 km (2 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot) from the center of Kurtatsch.
