Room in a large, traditional & friendly home

The house is situated in Crosby, North Liverpool, and traditionally decorated with high ceilings and original features such as a log burner in the living room which is perfect for those cosy winter nights. We have a garden with an outside seating area to enjoy the sunshine during the summer. The area is quiet & top of the road are some cafes, shops and local amenities. The house is a warm welcoming place for all nationalities and guests can relax and cook together etc if they would like. Everyone is welcome to use the kitchen, dining room, living room and garden. The dog shares these spaces too :) I live in the property so I am there if you need me but I won’t intrude on your privacy. We are 8 mins walk from Blundellsands and Crosby train station and 2 mins walk from the corner shop. The house backs on Marine Park Football stadium so if you like football you can watch the match from the garden! There is a great pub local and a selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The award winning Anthony Gormley iron men statues on the beach are a 10 min walk from the house. I have free parking in-front of the house. The train station is 8 mins walk away and 20mins to Liverpool centre and its around £12 in a taxi (15/20mins) An air bed can be added in to this room should you require, please just let me know and I can arrange this for you
