Quiet Cozy 2 BD House | Deck Views

This house has been recently been partially remodeled and sits up on the hill overlooking Ambridge with a population of about 7,000. Ambridge is located on the Ohio River about 25 miles north of Pittsburgh. This little house has heat and wall air conditioners with a lovely deck for BBQs. It has living room and kitchen on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs with a laundry room. The stairs are steep to the downstairs but it has railing. Soak up the modern and vintage charm of this house. It has alot of charm and is well set up. It has a full kitchen with a microwave, stove and fridge, along with a Keurig for coffee. It has a TV with wifi and a dvd player. There is a deck for BBQ. The guest access is easy from the street. There is only one step up to the front door with parking out front. There are steep stairs down to the bathroom and 2 bedrooms plus a laundry room. Guests may use the washer and dryer. There is not a lot of guest interactions during this time! However my co-host is close by and available to assist with concerns. Extra care is being used during this time of cleaning all touched surfaces with disinfectants between clients. Also parties are not allowed in this house. This is a friendly but a very quiet neighborhood. We love the neighborhood, everyone is so helpful and friendly. It is also quiet and safe. Parking is on the street. You will need transportation to get to the downtown for shopping needs. It is walkable though, but uphill on the way back. There is a Shop and Save grocery store on Duss Ave, with an Aldi close by. There is a washer and dryer for your use in the laundry with an iron and ironing board. Please take your pets down the side of the house to the backyard and clean up after them. The backyard is not fenced.
