Rural house situated about 30 km from the port, within farm with manor house, vineyards and forest park. It has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen with dining area and living room. Rural area of great tranquility set in a six acre vineyard. Car park, garden and fountain and natural swimming pool. Easy travel to Porto (40 minutes by train and 30 minutes by car). Prime location to visit three classified sites as World Heritage Site: Porto, Guimarães and Alto Douro Wine Region. Guests have access to the farm, orchards, gardens and the woods. Swimming pool, available from 1st June until 15th September, unless otherwise specified. Common to all clients staying on the property. The reception is performed by the owners who live on the property but other independent house. Green wine offers welcome. Nearby the property you can visit the city of Penafiel, the Municipal Museum and the magnificent churches. You can also scroll through the different points of interest Romanesque Route of the Valleys of Sousa and Tamega. there is a train station 1 km away from the house.
