This semi-detached air conditioned villa, is on an exclusive small development on a hillside above Cittadella del Capo, Calabria. The site has its own infinity swimming pool and is five minutes from the nearest beach and town by car. A car is essential. Well furnished rooms with stunning views. Bedroom 1, kingsize bed and balcony. Bedroom 2, kingsize bed with no balcony. Bedroom 3, small balcony, with sofa converting into either a double or 2 singles beds. All linen, bath and beach towels provided. Cot available. Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. Comfortable lounge and dining area, veranda with easy chairs for sitting. Large patio area for outside dining and BBQ. If you are looking to relax in some peace and quiet in an unspoilt part of Italy, this is for you. Not suitable for very young children or those with mobility problems due to steps to villa.
