Beautiful Maisonette in Perea city.

The house is a Maisonette of two floors. The first floor consists of a kitchen, two big living rooms, a small bathroom and a great balcony. The second floor consists of three big bedrooms a big bathroom and a balcony that is connected to two of those rooms It is a quiet place surrounded by a garden, very close to the beach located in the center of Perea city. There restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets nearby for your every need. It is perfect for a family and pets are allowed. It's a detached big house, with a beautiful garden and there is a quiet and calming atmosphere. It's very bright and fresh in the summer period...and has natural guas at the winter!!!iit is souper to leave at the winter too!!!it is very big!!!The visitors can use the 2 of the 3 rooms..the third room is only for ironing the clothes and some other works, if there is a chance that you will bring more guests then you can use the third room for 2 more people if you pay the rent. I live at the apartment just downstairs of yours with a different door. I own 2 dogs that are young and stay in the apartment so there is no chance that they will annoy you. You will have the house and the garden without having us bother you.. It is a big house, for a family,.the idea of Airbnb,is... If the visitors want to go to another country,they want to find a house that makes them to feel like their home.. That is my opinion of Airbnb, and for this idea I work hard! You can have access everywhere around the house, the garden and the balconies. I will be available as long as the quest needs me. The house is in the center of everything you need.there are banks, supermarkets, coffee bars and it is next to the beach. The neighbours are quiet and friendly. the house is 6 km from the airport of Thessaloniki you can take the bus with the number 79 and after two stops you will find IKEA station. From there you will take the bus with the number 72, which will lead you to Perea city. You will have to stop at the artopiio stop. It is in the center the city and some steps away from the house. If you want to visit Thessalonki, there are plenty of bus stops and a taxi stop too. Also a boat that can take you to the center of Thessaloniki. The house has thermal face and it has natural gas,so it can worκ in the winter without probleme!
