Charming stone house in Val Trebbia

Charming stone house located in Caminata Boselli, a small village in the enchanting Val Trebbia, close to the historical town of Bobbio. The house has been recently renovated and includes a ground floor, a mezzanine and outdoor space for dining and relaxing. At the ground floor you find a full equipped kitchen; a living room with a dining table and a big couch which easily becomes a comfortable double bed; a bathroom with shower. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed is located on the mezzanine. There is an other small bathroom located under the entrance. The house presents enough outdoor space for dining “at fresco”, with an additional table and chairs, as well a barbecue. Our guests have access to the complete house and outdoor space. We don't live permanently in Caminata but we will be pleased to help our guests for any needs. We can give plenty of suggestions about what to do in the area, where to find the closest supermarket and restaurant, how to reach the most beautiful spots in the Trebbia Valley ; We speak italian, english, german and french. The site is not served by public transports, so we strongly suggest that you have your own car, bike or motorbike. There is a parking space located close to the house. Our property is a perfect solution for relaxing and quiet holidays sourrounded by nature but at the same time a perfect location for visiting interesting sites. The famous Trebbia River, with its wonderful beaches and refreshing water, is located just at 5 minutes of driving. From Caminata Boselli you can also explore the Appennini mountains, with excursions in the woods and hiking on the Appennini mountains. If you like horseback riding, you find a stable just close to the village. In 10 minutes you reach the historical town of Bobbio, plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars, and rich in historical monuments such as the well known Ponte Gobbo [Hunchback Bridge] and the Bobbio Abbey. The city of Piacenza is just at 40 minutes driving; in a couple of hours, crossing the Trebbia Valley, you can reach the seaside on Ligurian coast.
