Summary: Balasana Villa is a newly renovated retreat villa located minutes away from Ibiza town. We designed the Villa to host a large group of family, friends and yoga retreats. Balasana Villa is owned and managed by Pretty Green Property Management. The Villa is near many of Ibiza famous restaurants, nightlife and beach clubs such as Julz, Blue Marlin, Cova Santa, Tropicana, El Chiringuito, Jockey Club, Sa Trinx, Restaurant Sa Caleta, Cala Bassa Beach Club, Ushuaia, HÏ, Lio, Amnesia and Pacha. Stunning beaches such as Salinas, Es Xarco, Sa Caleta, Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, Cala Jondal, Porroig, Es Cavallet, Es Codols, Cala Baltrana, Es Torrent and Playa D’en Bossa are within 5-15 minutes away.  We are providing more stringent cleaning procedures of our properties to ensure our guests' health and safety. All our bed linens, bathroom towels and pool towels are professional laundries. Balasana Villa is the perfect Villa for a holiday or retreat in IBIZA. The Space: The lush villa is situated in the middle of natural green forestry with mountain and sea views. The charming villa offers a perfect place to holiday or retreat while in Ibiza. Although the villa is secluded and private in Sant Josep, it is less than 10 minutes away from Ibiza town and 5 minutes away from Ibiza airport. The villa has a private 50 M2 swimming pool and 64 M2 multi-functional yoga decking space. There are 2x Balinese beds and sufficient sun loungers to enjoy the pool area. Balasana villa is cocoon in a natural and herbal garden all around the property. The villa has two large outdoor terraces and a BBQ station for those all-important pre and post-dinner party gatherings. We can change the bedroom configuration and replace double beds with single beds if needed. The villa is set-up for 12 guests. However, we can accommodate up to 4 more extra guests taking our maximum capacity to 16 guests. Lounges: The villa has a furnished lounge and indoor lounge with Wi-Fi, NETFLIX,  Flat Screen SmartTV, Mobile Bluetooth Speakers, sofas, dining room, coffee table and chairs. Kitchen: A spacious kitchen with its quality range of fixtures and fittings to provide everything guests could need for self-catering: Fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, grill, oven, microwave. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service: Pretty Green Property Management does provide towels, linen and housekeeping with our services. We can provide extra services upon request. We will provide direction, coordinates and google maps location once your booking is confirmed. Other Things to Note: Guest can check-in on any date of the week and can have short stay pending availability and terms per period. We will block a breakage security deposit of €2,000 upon arrival. This breakage deposit can be prepaid by credit card(s) or cash. This breakage deposit will be fully refunded within five working days upon check-out and is subject to inspection by the property manager to assess whether there have been any damages to claim. We can offer extra cleaning to our guests at an extra cost. Please ask us for additional information should you wish to book this optional service. HOUSE RULES: No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property. No parties or events allowed. However, we are pleased for you to play music at a respectable level inside and around the pool. Checkin time is from 15:00 – 21:00. After 21:00 we need to arrange a late check-in at an extra cost of €50. Early check-in can be arranged if possible at an additional cost.
