Lovely private guest bedroom and private bath on lower floor of quiet contemporary home in historic Sudbury and near historic Concord, Walden Pond, and much more. Only 30 minutes from Boston! Logan Airport is about a 45 minute ride. Lots of windows and light. Surrounded by trees and conservation land. Great hiking trails nearby. Happy to provide coffee or tea and a light breakfast for an extra fee. Use of kitchen and laundry is possible upon request. Front door opens to steps that go down to guest bed and bath Full Covid vaccination required. Please send a picture of vax cards for all guests! Happy to go over local travel destinations if you like. Quiet but easy access to main roads like route 117 and rt 2, both of which run east to Boston and west to Worcester and beyond. You need a car to get to Boston or to train stations in the adjoining towns of concord and Lincoln. Biking is really nice around this area! Walden Pond is a bike ride away!
