Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer. The floors are tiled in the functional rooms and covered with laminate in the two bedrooms. A ventilation system with dust and pollen filter provides pleasant, fresh air throughout the building. The apartment is ideal for four people. Due to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room there is even room for a maximum of 6 people. The apartment is located in Wahlwies, which is the largest part of Stockach with about 2,200 inhabitants. Here you will find, among other things, two bakeries with additional assortments for daily needs (one of them in Demeter organic quality), a restaurant, Volksbank (ATM), Sparkasse (ATM) and an independent car repair shop. In nearby Stockach (7 km) you will find everything else you need for a perfect holiday. To the lake it is only 5 km (Bodman) and whoever wants to can easily drive from the train station (300 meters) to the little towns on the lake. The Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen are just 30 minutes away and Lindau or Bregenz (Austria) can be reached in an hour's drive. Due to the good traffic situation (3 km to the motorway exit Stockach West) you can reach Wahlwies quickly and easily. Lake Constance can be reached in 10 minutes at Bodman-Ludwigshafen, Radolfzell in 15 minutes, the island of Mainau in 25 minutes and Constance in 30 minutes. Guests arriving with an e-mobile have the possibility to use our private charging station (plug type 2, charging power 11 kWh). However, you should also allow your car a holiday. From your apartment you can go on extensive walking or cycling tours to the lake or to the varied landscape. With public transport (Wahlwies has a train connection) you can also explore the towns on the lake car-free. An extensive network of cycle paths will bring you safely to the lake and, if you wish, also around the lake. E-bike riders are particularly welcome at Lake Constance. This is also shown by the many e-bike charging stations that have been established around the lake. The large sun terrace with umbrella, privacy screen, table and chairs invites you to linger in good weather. The city of Stockach levies a visitor's tax. It is currently 1€ per person (from 15 years) and per night. Exceptions and further information can be found on the website of the city of Stockach. Guests receive a guest card with many discounts and free public transport in our region. The full visitor's tax is to be paid in cash when the keys are handed over.
