A Victorian period house with a warm and cosy feel and carefully restored original features. Although close to the busy city center, my street is quiet and peaceful with just the occasional chime of the nearby church bells. Free permit parking right outside the house too. A 10 minute walk takes you to the heart of the city with its buzzing Lace Market and a large variety of museums, clubs, pubs and restaurants. Nearby to woods, rivers, canals and country parks for cycling or dog walks. You will have full use of the whole house. Two bedrooms with a double bed in each. Bedroom 1 is the largest and I can also fit a fold up single bed into this if necessary. Just mention this when you book. There is a side alley from the street taking you to the back alley and rear garden gate. This is also where the wheely bins are located. The garden is fine for pets as it has a solid floor, easy to wash and fully sealed fencing. I am available 24/7 for emergencies on my mobile or email. Old Market Square 12 min walk. Theatre Royal Nottingham Forest and Notts County Football grounds. Universities. Nottingham Racecourse. National Ice Centre. Holme Pierrepont National Water Sports Centre. The bike routes are improving and I cycle a lot around the City. It’s also a nice easy walk into the center. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and buses are approx every 5 minutes into the centre. There’s a burglar alarm for extra security and a key safe. I will pass on all codes to both of these on check in day. There is full Virgin Media cable TV with ultra fast 100mb broadband for streaming and WiFi.
