Private Beach House at beach front (with pool)

Private beach house with a beach front area where guests may use and enjoy the whole compound exclusively. Located beside the pawikan conservation center and facing the coastal area of the west philippine sea, known for its pristine and clear water. The beach house is a perfect place for team building activities where guests may use the whole area exclusively. A place where guests can do island hopping by renting boats. They may also visit the pawikan conservation center beside the rest house where guests can release pawikan hatchlings. Snorkeling and other water activities may also be done in the area. Guests may use the entire private space as well as the beach front area. They can also walk along the sea shore and conduct team building activities. We have caretakers who will be attending to the needs of our guests. Guests may also send me messages in airbnb if they will be needing anything. The rest house is beside the Morong coastline where guests can buy fresh seafood everyday at around 6am in the morning. The place is also often being cleaned by the Pawikan Conservation Center. The rest house is situated beside the Pawikan Conservation Center where the Pawikan festival is being held yearly. Parking space is not a problem. The beach house has its own parking area for two cars. Guests may also park their cars outside.
