DBL room/own bathroom - Airbus Broughton FTTP

Hi, thanks for viewing my home! There is one comfortable double bedroom available with sole use of the main bathroom which has a toilet, sink, shower and bath. The room is ideal for people working in the area. There is an allocated safe parking space and the location is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. There is fibre to the premises with speeds 30MB/S + The room has a pine double bed (new mattress for 2022) with matching bedside units, a blackout blind, full length mirror, TV with built in freeview, a touch lamp and hanging rail with plenty of space for your clothes. Fresh towels are included and use of a hairdryer/iron are available on request. Guests have a double bedroom and the main bathroom which is directly next-door to the room, for their sole use. This listing is for the bedroom and main bathroom only. Use of other areas isn’t permitted and these private areas are under camera/PIR surveillance. The majority of bookings are for business and so I don’t see much of my guests. I’m always available for any queries though. The house is in a quiet residential new estate, a short walk from Broughton Shopping Park-home to an I max cinema, restaurants and shops. It is walking distance to Airbus, a short drive to Chester business park, city centre or Deeside Industrial Estate. Taxis approx £10 Chester centre / £12 Chester train station. A good, frequent bus service X4 also runs from the estate or shopping park into Chester. Allocated parking is available, along with adequate street parking. The bus from the estate is the Arriva X4 and goes regularly to Mold, Chester Business Park, Chester city centre and Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port. Many more buses run from the shopping park which is a short walk, opposite the estate. On booking please let me know your arrival time. If that changes by more than 30 minutes, please let me know. I often plan things around your arrival. I ask that on weekdays, guests check out by 9am unless previously agreed. The heating is on a different timer for upstairs. It will generally come on for a few hours in the morning and evening. If you are in your room during the day and want the heating on, please let me know. The room is ideal for a business traveller or contractor working in the local area. FTTP means wifi is great. Many people stay long term and book return visits when travelling over regularly from parts of Europe for work. Double occupancy is a possibility for short stays. Please contact me with requests.
