Original beach holiday cottage overlooking beautiful Burrill Lake Brand new kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms and a lovely sun room with veranda to watch the sun go down over Pigeon House mountain and the lake Very large, private and enclosed backyard to step onto from timber deck leading off the kitchen and dining area A few steps to a bakery, supermarket and bottle shop as well as the best fish and chip shop on the south coast means no cooking required although full kitchen and BBQ at your home if you wish The lake is great for swimming, SUP boarding, boating and fishing (boat ramp nearby) and pristine, undeveloped Burrill Beach is a 5 minute stroll away. Air conditioning and heating and laundry with top loader washing machine, dryer and second WC available for guests. All bed linen and towels provided. Small pets are welcome
