The recreational value is very large because the residential complex is very quiet and each apartment has a separate entrance (no stairwell). The apartment includes an underground parking space and an outdoor parking space. The apartment is an oasis of wellbeing in which up to 6 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long day of skiing, you can make yourself comfortable at the tiled stove or in the in-house sauna. The fully furnished apartment has cable TV and parquet floors with underfloor heating that can be individually adjusted.
