Lovely family house close to CPH, sea & forest !

A lovely home with plenty of light close to the forest and the sea. You can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun on the small terrasse and enjoy dinner when the sun is setting on the big terrasse. Our garden has a cool treehouse, a large trampoline and a football net, so the garden allows plenty of activity. We have a wonderful neighbourhood with fancy boutiques, cafes and restaurants and plenty of opportunity to spend a day at the beach or explore the forest which is 2 minutes away by bike. I'll be available by email. We have one of the biggest forests in Denmark 2 minutes away perfect for a picnic or to visit a famous amusement park called "Bakken". And we have of course several places to go for a swim or enjoy the beaches. "Bellevue" is the closest and best beach. It takes 10 minutes by bike. We have our favourite bakery "Lagkagehuset" which serves the best danish pastry. We have the luxury ice cream house "Social Foods" and a great take-away spot for a quick and tasty dinner called "homemate". Just to name a few places, but our neighborhood has much more to offer and you'll experience that for yourself when going around in Charlottelund. It's quite easy to get around in our town and to go to the center of Copenhagen. Mostly people go by car or bike in Charlottenlund where everything is nearby on bike around 10 minutes. You can drive by car to the center of Copenhagen in 15 minutes or take the train from our local train station that will take 15-20 minutes.
