The house is 10 acres with 200 metres of Goulburn River frontage. Great walks all around but particularly along the river into town. Once there enjoy a coffee one of the many cafes. Guests have access to all the property. If you like fishing then this the place be. The southern boundary has an electric fence but the neighbour's to the north allow us to take walks along the river front. Walks are great but you will need a car to get around the area. Please keep all the gates closed but enjoy walking around the property.
